By accessing or using PDF Editor (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

The Service provides a browser-based tool for viewing, annotating and reorganizing PDF documents, and for exporting the result as a new PDF file. Most processing happens locally in your browser; no PDF content is required to be uploaded to use the core editing features.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to process content that is illegal, infringes on the rights of others, or that you do not have the right to use. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer for malicious purposes, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

4. Your content

You retain full ownership of any PDF files and content you edit using the Service. Because editing happens in your browser, we do not obtain a copy of your files in the ordinary course of using the editor.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular PDF operation will produce a perfect result in every case, particularly for complex or malformed PDF files.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDF Editor and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or documents, arising from your use of the Service. You are responsible for keeping your own backup copies of any files you edit.

7. Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
